Terms of Service

1. Beta Status

RentaTube is currently in beta. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Features, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and an Ethereum-compatible wallet address (on Base L2) to create an account. You are responsible for securing your wallet private key and account credentials. RentaTube never has access to your private key.

3. Payments

All payments are in USDC on the Base L2 network. Agents deposit USDC into an escrow smart contract. Hosts are settled daily based on fulfilled proxy requests. A 10% platform fee is applied to each transaction.

On-chain transactions are final. RentaTube is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses or lost due to wallet compromise.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RentaTube to:

• Access systems without authorization
• Scrape websites in violation of their terms of service
• Transmit malware, spam, or illegal content
• Circumvent access controls or exploit vulnerabilities
• Route traffic to private/internal networks
• Engage in any illegal activity

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of escrowed funds.

5. Hosts

By hosting a node, you agree to route HTTP requests through your residential connection. You can configure blocked domains and set your own pricing. RentaTube provides a domain blocklist that is enforced automatically.

6. Limitation of Liability

RentaTube is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount of USDC you have in escrow at the time of the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
